Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at shoptheboltboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the same process as a return and note the item you'd like in exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
